With school starting and fall approaching, it’s time to begin to think about cold weather bugs. We will be encouraging all residents, staff, and visitors to get flu vaccinations this season. Flu season in our area typically goes from October to March. We would like 100% of our residents to receive the flu vaccine this year. This helps protect our high-risk population and keeps everyone healthy. Expect to see consent forms coming in the mail shortly asking for permission to administer a flu vaccine to your loved ones. Please feel free to call or stop in with questions. As always, we ask people to reschedule visits if you are feeling under the weather.  We encourage all visitors to utilize our alcohol based hand rubs that are on the walls dispersed throughout the facility to avoid transmission of germs.
