Greetings From Cresco Assisted Living
Good morning!!!! Where has the month of January gone? I guess it is a good thing as one month of winter will be behind us. We are experiencing brutally cold temperatures this week in hopes of warming up soon.
February is “Love is in the Air” month. We’ve decorated our tree with hearts as well as our hallways. We will be having the Red Hat Ladies returning helping with Bingo and Cover All games. We have Denny Halverson coming to entertain us with some old country music on guitar as well as Tim Howland, Tim “The Music Man” with his polkas, waltzes, and any requests you want. Our monthly breakfast with Chef Kevin will be Friday, February 18th. We always look forward to that. Remember the tenants may have guests but they must eat in their rooms. We will be voting for King and Queen, and they will be crowned on the 15th as I will be on vacation till then. We will be frosting heart shaped cookies as well as making other sweet treats. We started monthly card parties (only for the tenants) which has been real fun. We will continue them through the winter months.
As I said earlier, Tim and I will we on vacation February 4th-14th, but I know the staff will keep everyone entertained till I get back.
