A Note From The Administrator

If April showers bring May flowers, do May showers bring June bugs? Because we have had plenty of May showers, and we are eagerly waiting for sunshine and warm weather.

Communities west of Cresco recently experienced severe weather, including a tornado resulting in damage to structures. Aside from rain and a little wind, Cresco was not significantly impacted by the storm that rolled through the area. As a facility, we prepare for a variety of situations, including severe weather. When a watch or a warning is issued, we take necessary precautions and keep the safety of our residents, tenants, and staff in mind.

Please make note, effective July 1, 2019, there will be an increase in cost for guest meals. Guest meals will be $8 per meal for breakfast, dinner, and supper. Holiday meals will be $10 per meal and will include the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. We will also be implementing punch cards that will be available for purchase through the business office Monday thru Friday. The punch cards will eliminate the need for the dietary department to handle money and have cash on hand to provide change. We kindly ask a 24-hour notice if you would like to join your loved for a meal. This will allow the facility to accommodate seating arrangements and prepare enough food for all.
