Cresco Assisted Living
We’ve had a busy month at Cresco Assisted Living. We celebrated the Kentucky Derby by making English cucumber sandwiches and derby hat cookies. We enjoyed watching Chef Kevin cook up some delicious chicken cordon blue cups.
We are looking forward to June with many activities. We start off with our monthly breakfast on Friday, June 7th from 8:00-10:00 am. In observance of Father’s Day, we would like to invite families to join us in honoring our fathers by treating them with coffee and donuts on June 16th at 2:00 pm. As in the past we will be making fresh, homemade strawberry preserves to put on ice cream, short cake, and toast. To celebrate the start of summer we will be making smoothies, enjoying lemonade and cookies on the front porch, and making s’mores. This month we will be pampering our tenants with a spa day provided by Leigh Meyers. Leigh will be giving neck, hand and feet massages! To end the month, we will be having our own “Howard County Fair” with fun fair games and food.
